As a personal trainer with a long history of varied clients, training modalities, and sports participation there is one thing I see more with women than men when it comes to the gym: fear. We are afraid we will get hurt, of failing, of getting too "big and bulky" of looking silly, of not knowing what to do. We walk in the gym, play around on a few machines but ultimately get discouraged and give up.

This program is designed just for this type of client. Women that do not have a background in lifting yet want to get stronger, faster, healthier, and look and feel better. You will learn the basic principles of weight lifting centered on the 3 major lifts: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. This 30-day program is designed to get you started on your road to overall health and fitness to include your cardio, recovery work, and lifting schedule.

Wheather you are new to fitness or trying to get back in shape after time off this Couch to Weights program will pave the way for you to go farther than you ever thought you could and help you become successful in all your fitness goals.
